1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 141phfun platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through 141phfun.vip. By registering an account or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 141phfun platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 141phfun.

2 Eligibility

141phfun reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 141phfun platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 141phfun reserves the right to close all but one account and forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 141phfun immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• You must provide a valid email address and Philippine mobile number.
• Your account name must match your government-issued identification.
• You must not share your password with any third party.
• 141phfun will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 141phfun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted for deposits.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 141phfun reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your account may not be transferred to another player's account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 141phfun may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies designed to guarantee profit.
• 141phfun reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, or to amend its terms, at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 141phfun platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats operated by licensed providers. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. 141phfun accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in the server logs shall prevail.
• 141phfun reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system fault.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 141phfun platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 141phfun immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or 141phfun staff.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 141phfun platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 141phfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 141phfun.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 141phfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

141phfun does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.

• 141phfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy & Data

Your use of the 141phfun platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

141phfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players at any time.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

141phfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, 141phfun may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, may also withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original deposit method where possible.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 141phfun platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

141phfun operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable.

14 Amendments

141phfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 141phfun platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
